I added to my workout time so I am losing weight again, I am eating healthier, I spent a lot of time reading the Bible

Started a savings account-starting to think of the future...good for you.
You are getting in random exercise like parking futher away from the door-shows that you are feeling better and getting in better shape.
Filling the house with healthy food will be good not only for you but your family :)

17) Being a stay at home mom/wife, God's love, Getting healthier, My Bible, books to read, Having a variety of workouts, living in Alaska
18) Wood for the stove, appliances that work, clean water to drink, I can move, I am healthy, I am loved, my Spark friends
19) I can climb mountains(literally), I can exercise for at least an hour, my clothes are getting too big, I prefer to eat healthy food(most of the time), my husband and daughter are following my example, I have a great church family, Jesus died for me
20) My teenage daughter taking care of things when I am sick, my Bible, my church family, entertainment from my dogs, not having to leave the warmth of the house, my husband making a warm fire for me, grocery shopping done before I really got feeling bad.

My worth:

I am married to a wonderful man who loves me dearly. I take care of him so he can provide for us. I am the mother of a wonderful teenage daughter. She loves me and appreciates the things I do for her. I am a Sunday school teacher, part of the orchestra, and choir. I know the music I play and sing are glorifying to the Lord. I am a great listener, and a good shoulder for my friends to lean on. I am worth a lot more than I give myself credit for.

As for my worth, I am an active church member who works with kids in a kids class on sunday night and I do a monthly bulletin for the church kids, I am a mother of 3 wonderful children, grandmother to 1 (and a half...tehe) grandbabies, a daughter to a great mom, a sister to her only sibling, aunt to some wonderful girls and great aunt to 1. I am a good worker and know what i am doing when it comes to my job. i am reliable and will go the extra mile when it is needed. i am the grocery shopper and keeper of the budget, a part time taxi service, and part time chef...i'm also the medicine keeper and on call 24/7 to answer questions about this pain and that...peace maker...yea, even though 2 of the 3 are married an on their own...lol...oh and let's not forget maid...lol.

Ok team, it's that time of the year where those New Years resolutions start to fade. We start to lose our focus. So looking forward to Valentines Day, we are going to start a challenge today that will last through the end of February, called the Love Yourself Challenge. I do hope you will join in and be part of loving yourself.

Now you may ask, what do i need to do? Well, you will earn points each day for doing different tasks. 1 point each day for posting under the monthly chatter post (this month it's January's Chatter and next month will be February's chatter), also 1 point each day you do the Daily Dare. Also give yourself 1 point each day that you come in here and post your points. Now, give yourself 5 points each day for listing 3 compliments each day to yourself...yes, complimenting yourself each day...for 3 different things. Then give yourself 5 points for each day you blog.

Each week, i will give a challenge to you, you will have all week to complete this challenge. You will earn an extra 25 points for the week for doing this challenge. Remember only to credit yourself once a week for this.
