Our challenge for December is to start creating a plan to avoid the holiday gains. Come up with an action plan for how to maintain your exercise regime and healthy eating plan while you are home for the holidays.
1. I will run for 30 minutes three times per week 2. I will wait 20 minutes before accepting seconds from my pushy grams (love her though!) 3. I will not allow myself to drink more than 2 alcoholic beverages at holiday parties 4. I will maintain my veggie intake by drinking a fruit & veggie protein shake each morning 5. I will strive to remain active for at least 5 hours each day.
