Hey, all! I cannot believe that September is just around the corner...summer went by too quickly!

For September, I would like to challenge all of us to keep up the summer momentum and hit 150 fitness minutes each week!

With the stress of the school year re-starting, work gearing up, etc, this is a REAL challenge!
