So I decided to start my challenge a few days early. Today is day one and I am feeling great. Just finished tracking my food for today and I stayed within my ranges. So far so good. Thanks for all the encouragement!

I've already been doing that but this is a fantastic start. It was one of the first things I did with the site and it has already helped me immensely. Good luck and I can't wait to hear--and see-- your progress!

Hey Everyone, I am starting a challenge to eat healthier for 30 days! I am going to track everything I eat. I am going to begin on Fri Feb 18th. Anyone else in? I am excited to see the results!
