Hi all,

Yep I'm major late, too, but I still have 7 weeks. I'm just going to shoot for 1 pound a week, since I've been injured since the end of June and really have to take it easy.

Current weight: 155
Week 8 goal: 152
Week 12 goal: 148

1st goal: To get back into workouts carefully and not reinjure myself
2nd goal: To not see workout time as a chore, but instead as 'me' time to enjoy
3rd goal: To remember to do everything healthfully, nothing extreme. I have a tendency to go over-board when I have a goal.

My greatest fear is that I'll look back on my life and wonder what I did with it.

I didn't do so well with the last challenge I did, and I know I'm late, but I'll be working hard right along with you guys for the New Year's Eve Challenge. I haven't weighed in a while, but I think my SW is 230 and the goal is a 10 lb loss and fitting into my Limited dress pants. Little tight in the waist.

Hey Everyone! I'm late too... but here we go...

Current weight: 153

Week 4 Goal: 145 (In keeping with 2 lbs a week)
Week 8 Goal: 137

Only 2 lbs from my goal weight by December 31st!

1) Keep recording my food!!!
2) Continue with my workout regiment which includes running and spin class
3) Keep emotional/stress eating at bay - Workout instead or make a calorie friendly "comfort" meal :)
4) Limit alcohol

I just got back from vacation in Pittsburgh so I received this challenge email a little late. I definitely would LOVE to get in on this challenge! I need to get back into my active ways, and, as you can imagine, just getting back from vacation makes me feel like I definitely need to firm up a bit!

Current weight: 128 lbs
Week 4 goal: 125 lbs
Week 8 goal: 122 lbs
New Years Eve... 120 lbs!

3 goals to get there:
At least 8oz of water every day
30 minutes cardio/3-4 times per week along with 2-3 weight training sessions
increase fiber intake and add 2-3 additional servings of fruits/veggies everyday

I hope this gives me the kick in the pants I need, thanks for the great challenge! emoticon

Awesome challenge! It's extra motivation for me, since I'm starting my program back up this next week.

Week 4 - Weight: 126lbs, 26% BF
Week 8 - Weight: 125lbs, 25% BF
Week 12 - Weight: 125lbs, 24% BF

Current Weight: Unknown - It bounces between 127-130. Weight is not the most important thing to me right now.

Ways to achieve my goals:
1. Cut sugar out of my diet as much as I can, cut sodium down, and eliminate soda.
2. Exercise on a regular basis.
3. Cook meals ahead on the weekend, and portion them out for the entire week.

i don't want to make loftier goals than that, since being diagnosed hypothyroid over a year ago, it's harder to lose weight. but still, to be back at 126 will be LOVELY.

ways of accomplishing goals:

1) be attentive (but not anal!!) about my calorie intake (1200-1400)
2) drink 8-10 glasses of water daily (used to be superb at this, but have really slacked off the past 2 months)
3) move at least 2 hours per week (seems low, but right now, i'm doing NOTHING)

Omgosh I am sooo in! I've been letting myself rationalize that I can't fit in exercise because of school for too long! I have a New Years Vermont vacation planned by my boyfriend, best friend and her boyfriend. So time to get crackin:

This is a great idea. I've been in a couple of challenges recently but really dropped off. I need some help and motivation for this one!

Starting weight: 170

Week 4: 164
Week 8: 159
Week 12: 154

This will put me in a happy place.

Doing this by:
-Drinking ample amounts of H2O
-Working out five (5) times a week
-Eating under 1,450 calories five (5) days a week

*Eating healthy makes you look good in clothes. Working out makes you look good naked.*

I am always up for a good challenge AND I am a big New Years Eve person, so this sounds like a good one to me! Here is my info...

Current weight: 150
Week Four Goal: -3 pounds (147)
Week Eight Goal: -3 pounds (144)
Week Twelve Goal: -2 pounds (142)

*I am trying to set reasonable goals and keep the holiday season in mind when I set these weights. I know me and I know my progress will slow down (but NOT stop!) between Thanksgiving and Christmas...

I am planning by accomplishing these goals by:
1. Working out AT LEAST 3x per week
2. Keeping my daily calories under 1550
3. Working to keep my football watching beer
consumption to a reasonable amount

Good luck all! Plenty of time to reach our goals!

Ways to acheive my goals:
1)Maintain water to 8+ per day
2)Continue to eat within my calorie limits increasing veggie and fruit and switching to whole grains
3) work out 250 min/week including wii active 30 day challenges thru end of year

Here are my 12 week challenge goals:
Week 4 - Weight: 131lbs, 2 inches off waist
Week 8 - Weight: 125lbs, 3% reduction in BF
Week 12 - Weight: 118lbs, lean muscle definition

Current Weight: 137lbs

Ways to achieve my goals:
1. Drink 10 glasses of H2O daily
2. Burn 1500 cals/week
3. Get 3 days/week of cardio & 2 days a week strength training

Let's get slim and sexy just in time to celebrate the New Year! We have 12 weeks to get ourselves fabulous and fit before 2010!
