Finished week 4 on May 29 with 80 pts and 10 minutes of walking along with drinking all my water and staying within my calorie limit. I have enjoyed this challenge and will continue with my streaks I have started because of doing this challenge. Thanks.

Made 60 points today with 60 minutes of exercise. I'm under on my water and calories but may be able to make it up before bedtime. Only problem is I'm neither thirsty nor hungry.

May 28 - 82 pts rode the bike for 15 minutes and drank all my water. I was over on my calorie limit.

Made 79 points today, drank my 8 glasses, and got in 60 minutes of exercise plus a couple of hours of working in the yard. What ever I did it wore me out! Good night all emoticon

Made 55 points today. Hiked in rough terrain for 70 minutesand drank my water. I went over my upper calorie range by 153 calories, but today was my day off from dieting to that's not bad.

Made 69 point today, drank all my water and did several short videos both cardio and strength training throughout the day. On days like this when I'm not that ambitious I love the 10-minute cardio videos on YouTube.

Make 83 points today. Still haven't posted my last snack, but I'll do that in the morning. I thought it would be cool again today like it was yesterday and didn't start out for my walk until after 10:30 am. By the time I was half way it was HOT which really sapped my energy quickly. Then grocery shopping in the afternoon in a very crowded store wore me out even further. I've be happy to get to bed tonight.

I made 87 points on the 22nd and stayed well within my calorie range while getting in 75 minutes of exercise but yesterday (the 23rd) I had a headache all day and went to bed early. I didn't get further than doing a10 minute aerobic warm up video and only made 46 points because I didn't post my to My Fitness tracker or my Other Goals tracker. This morning the headache seems to have gone down a knotch so hopefully it will be a better day.

My goal has been to get at least 50 points a day so this will be very easy. I am keeping up with tracking, eating within calorie limits and increasing my exercising. I really appreciate finally joining these challenges. Thanks for doing them.

I average about 20 points a day. My "play" time at the computer is limited! But, if you track your food and your exercise--you can get 20 points easily.

Week #4 (May 22-29): Continue your previous streaks, and get 50 or more Spark Points per day, at least 5 days out of 7; you can do it! Post your daily results in this thread.

Here are some tips for getting more points:
If you haven't already, sign up for Spark People emails -- Go to your start page (under "my trackers") and click on "account/email preferences." Click on the email tab, and check the boxes for at least some of the options. Open the emails when you receive them, and get Spark Points for doing so.
Next, go to your start page under "my trackers," scroll down and click on "spark point details." Scroll down through the list to find more ways to earn points.
Earning Spark Points is fun -- comment on your friends' blogs, post in the discussion forums, play the trivia game, read an article, find a new recipe! Then you can use those points to send Spark Goodies to your friends, or to yourself.
