5-15, good on water, under on calories, under on exercise 5-16, good on water, under on calories, good on exercise 5-17, good on water, good on calories, good on exercise 5-18, good on water, good on calories, good on exercise 5-19, good on water, good on calories, good on exercise It seems like exercising everyday is helping me break through the plateau. Also someone told me not to eat bananas everyday like I've been doing.
Did good with water and exercise but was over the limit again on calories. I cannot eat a late breakfast, skip lunch and then have dinner without eating again later in the evening. Why can I not learn this lesson.

Keep up the good work, everyone! Sorry I haven't been posting as much as usual, got myself a little overextended by taking on a new job as township clerk (as of June 1st), which is involving a pretty big learning curve at the moment, as well as signing up for the Biggest Loser Challenge (BLC22), which is just getting started as well. So, I'm here but might not be quite as visible as I normally am for a little while...

Walked to Walmart Thursday, 2 miles round trip plus walking around inside the store, and did a 45 minute barefoot cardio video yesterday. Did strength training both days and some yard work. I managed to stay within my calorie range every day except one, but I didn't go over by much that day.

Week 3, Exercise, Water and Calories 1,200 - 1,550 May 15 = 8 glasses of water 1,164 calories - eating enough usually isn't a problem :-/ I did about 5 minutes of hula hooping - so today was a bust on making goals. May 16 = 8 glasses of water 1,178 Calories - need to go to the grocery store for sure Did a good 20 minutes on the treadmill yesterday. So I have 2 days I got my water in, 1 for exercise and 0 on the food. This is very fun challenge but hard!

I did strength training for 15 minutes and drank my water but was way over on my calorie limit. I have to stop bringing home leftovers that are so high in calories. They just call my name and say "EAT ME!"
Good Morning all-- This morning I am headed to the gy for a 5 mile swim! Been my goal for a month and I have slowly worked up the stamina for 45 laps--5 more and I am at 5 miles. I am truly beginning to enjoy the exercise. Now--if I could just get the eating under control!
