Managed to stay within my calorie range all week and did well with the increased exercise until yesterday. Yesterday and today I mowed grass rather than do a video session or take a walk. Only got in 30 mins. yesterday and 45 today.

I have had some pretty hairy family business going on, so, the diet has gone out the window with the bath water. Hopefully things will settle down soon and I wont be stress eating.
actually I don't eat, just the wrong things, full of calories..

5/10: Drank 8 cups of water ;but also went out tonite and had several mixed drinks, which put me over on my calories today..
5/11: Over again today, stressful morning and dealt with it by stopping at the local bar on our way home from town... then also ate too much at supper time. Back on track tomorrow!

Yesterday I was hungry all day, and today I couldn't finish my lunch, didn't eat much supper and am too full to eat any more. Don't know what to think. Anyhow, did 8 glasses of water and am way below my lower calorie limit. I'm going to try to eat something before I go to bed, but don't like to eat this late or to force myself to eat.

Aomotosho, if you can find an answer to that question you could make a fortune!

I stayed JUST under my upper limit today. I had oatmeal for breakfast and for some reason when I do that I'm hungry all day. Got in my water and veggies but didn't eat my fruit. Also don't know why when I'm really hungry I want bread, not fruit.

Got my water in and was under my calorie range. Why it is that when you go over you gain 2 or 3 pounds and when you go under your weight doesn't change.

Day 1 of week 2 and I stayed within my calorie range and did not eat late at night. I have no problem getting in all my water for the day. It is one of the main ways I move by either getting water or getting rid of water. Have a great day everyone.

This one I can not fulfill. I work for a cardiologist that says too much water or any liquid is hard on your heart, You should only drink when thirsty. So I'll check in every day but my water
consumption will only be 4-5 at most. emoticon emoticon

Okay. 8 x 240 = 1920cc or 8 x 8 = 64 oz hmm 4 x 20 = 80 - 64 = 16
80 cc's or 1/3 of a cup less than 2 liters of water per day Yup, I can do that. Since I am trying to drink 4 of those 20 ounce bottles of water every day, which would be 10 eight ounce glasses.

I am in. emoticon

Continue working on your streak from week #1, plus drink at least 8 cups (64 ounces) of water per day, at least 5 days out of 7; post your daily results in this thread.
