I've done the 28 day bootcamp workout before but I think it's time for another go around. That's the one I'll be starting on May 1.

At the end of the day, be able to look back and say "I did my best today."

Good to know they are there. Not ready to start another challenge. Having to work on the goals I already have set. Baby steps. Need to see continual progress of those. Leaving tomorrow to cae for mom.

My last challenge was the "Rise & Shine". It's my 4th year on SP still I can't understand in detail the way challenges are organized. For me personally the Rise & Shine was extremely important since I've been an "owl" all my adult life - going to bed about 2 a.m. and sleeping till 11 or even noon. So trying to change this, getting substantial help to switch to early morning rising and making the best of a full-light day was a great opportunity for me indeed. Unfortunately I couldn't make a streak of this so important for me challenge so I couldn't follow my progress on the SP site but had to try some social networks (to some of which I'm very opposed). Anyway I'm grateful indeed since despite these deficiencies I've made a progress I've never even had thought possible for me. I started the Rise & Shine challenge on April 1st and to date I've been getting up at 9 a.m. for 25 days out of 30!

Never say never

I try and keep up with the 10 minutes a day and the eat up slim down challenges. It does not always work, but they are good motivation and steps to remember!

I think the Eat UP Slim Down challenge sounds good. My goal will be to eat 5 servings of vegies per day. So far I have had a small salad so that counts as one I guess.

Along with this April challenge I am working on a challenge to lose 10 lbs by May 31st. I will look for a new one after I finish that one. If I get too much going at once I am less likely to be successful.

I agree about the Eat Up Slim Down challenge since I'm always hungry. But I think I'll join the Better Sleep Challenge instead.

I didn't see any challenges that sparked (haha) my interest. Actually, I have so many "challenges" in my life now that I will be glad when this one ends.

I think i will join the 10-Minute Daily Exercise Streak Challenge and the 'Eat Up, Slim Down' Challenge. I need new ideas for meals and my exercise level sucks. I do plan to start walking with a friend from work, but with or without her I need to get more active.

I joined the 'Eat Up, Slim Down' Challenge because I'm hungry so much of the time. It's suppose to offer some help with that. Hope so.

my challenge for May is to start the process to fix my knee

In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose
"If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."
