I got 6 out of 8. I enjoyed the article. I got my two prescriptions out to see what they did. I think I'll talk to my doctor about side effects, since I have trouble getting enough oxygen while exercising hard. I won't change the dosage myself, though!

I found it interesting to read the HOW of the damage HBP does... for example that it is the damaged weakened arteries in the kidneys (and eyes) that negatively affect their function. If my doctor had told me HOW long-term damage happens, rather than just rattling off a list of effects, I might have paid attention sooner!

Got 6 or the 8. Learned that the beta blockers I'm taking now are the reason I have a hard time getting my heart rate up and keeping it there during exercise. I also didn't know isometric exercise was good for those of us with high blood pressure.
