I read the article.

Three things I am grateful for.
1-waking up this morning with another chance to accomplish goals and make necessary changes.
2-I am a mom of a wonderful daughter who makes me very proud.
3-I have a God who is with me always.

stuff outside to be done regularly - animal care, plant care/garden care and yard care. Things that need to be done regularly and require some activity with structure.

indoor plant and animal care and other household chores to keep us active and again have some structure.

nice areas we can go out for walks and do other activites

1. That even though my DH blew out a tire on the expressway this morning, the only damage was to the tire and he was able to get off the expressway safely.

2. That I do have some work even if it isn't near as much as we would like.

3. The fridge is full of freggies for the week.

Sorry to be a day late but had a wonderful day yesterday visiting relatives. I even took a swim in the pool and enjoyed a barbeque. Lots to be grateful there. Beautiful weather and birds singing every where.

I'm grateful to be able to walk, to have more than I need, and for love of friends and family.

I'm not losing weight...I'm getting rid of it! I have not intention of finding it again!

Things I'm grateful for:

The water that comes piped in to my house from our township water system, free from contaminants and not needing chemical treatment.

Clean air.

The workers who reliably deliver our newspaper and mail daily.

Gods love for me,
My husbands constant support and care
Family - mom, daughter, son, 3 granddaughters,
health improvements
sun, rain, snow,
life



At the end of the day, be able to look back and say "I did my best today."

I am grateful to a God that listens to prayer, that my daughter is home from the hospital and doing well, I am going home tomorrow, and I am grateful for a wonderful supportive husband.. And I am grateful that this list could go on and on!

I am grateful for . . . .

1. My husband, who helps me and loves me (even when life&I am CRAZY)

2. My work, my life, my family and all that has been given to me by God.

3. That my body is working again. That I can workout (some), teach school, and clean my house without as much pain OR huffin' and puffin'!!

Good article. There is such a long list to pick from. I'm grateful I have two (fairly) strong working legs because for a while I didn't. I'm grateful for Social Security because it allowed me to keep my home when otherwise I would have lost it. I'm grateful for "my kids" (my cousins that I raised after their mother died), who were there for me every day when I needed them. Mostly I'm grateful that I'm alive and able to experience this day, no matter what it brings.
