I did the Coach Nicole's Swimsuit Cardio workout Day 1 video this morning. I am so happy to be able to have time just to do 10 minutes of exercise. It made an impact. I am awake and ready to go. :)

I did the 14 or 16 minute Bollywood cardio video. I'm choreographically challenged, but had a good time and worked up a sweat.

I did the "12-minute Low Impact Cardio Workout" with Andrea Metcalf. It truly is low impact with only a few jumping jacks, but the instructor does half of those as a low impact alternative so I didn't feel like I was missing out because my arthritis doesn't let me jump. The music and the instructor are upbeat, the steps simple, the workout depends on it's quick pace rather than on repeated squats to raise the pulse rate. I would have liked a little more warning before some step changes, but with that and even though I have two left feet, I enjoyed it.

I just completed the SP 7 minute upper body workout with bands workout. I didn't think it would feel like much of a workout but it did. Really feel it in my upper arms - where I need to tone.

shoulder rolls
lace fingers behind back and stretch back
make arms into a w and squeeze arms back
drop ear to shoulder
arm up and over

Takes less than 2 minutes and should relieve stress in back.

I tried the 18 minute Cardio bootcamp sculpt today. It was a good workout but there were several moves I was not able to do. But I still worked hard enough. I just did things I could do.

I've been doing Pilates for a couple of weeks now, so I watched a video on Pilates to see if I might learn anything new. It was pretty similar to the one I have, but I enjoyed it and picked up some new tips.

I'm skipping this assignment today as I have a fitness class in 2 hrs. I've viewed several of these videos in the past and like them but haven't tried any yet. I'm not motivated at home to do strength training so I belong to a gym and class and that gets me going!
