I did the "12-minute Low Impact Cardio Workout" with Andrea Metcalf. It truly is low impact with only a few jumping jacks, but the instructor does half of those as a low impact alternative so I didn't feel like I was missing out because my arthritis doesn't let me jump. The music and the instructor are upbeat, the steps simple, the workout depends on it's quick pace rather than on repeated squats to raise the pulse rate. I would have liked a little more warning before some step changes, but with that and even though I have two left feet, I enjoyed it.

I just completed the SP 7 minute upper body workout with bands workout. I didn't think it would feel like much of a workout but it did. Really feel it in my upper arms - where I need to tone. Thanks for this challenge.

I'm skipping this assignment today as I have a fitness class in 2 hrs. I've viewed several of these videos in the past and like them but haven't tried any yet. I'm not motivated at home to do strength training so I belong to a gym and class and that gets me going!
