Praise God that you guys have lost your weight. I pray that i could do it to. I started to walk last Tuesday. I push myself to do 4.2 miles the first day. I know it was to much. I was with some one and we just walk and talked. It really when by so fast. Thursday i went by myself and set my goal to do 2.mile. and i accomplished the goal. I was not able to to for 5 days and my body was lacking the exercise. I went back on Thursday and today. Feeling good I am not going to take a broke in between because I don't what to go back to my old patterns. emoticon

I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me

In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose
"If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."
-General George S Patton, U.S.Army, 1912 Olympian

My biggest roadblock is getting discouraged when I slip up. I will try to keep a positive attitude and move forward when things aren't perfect.
