Didn't get everything tracked yesterday but I did today, so going to use today for day five's challenge. I met my goal for sodium and fat and was under in everything else. My percentages were: fats 44.4%, carbs 38.6% and protien 17%. So I was good on protein, under on crabs but over on fats. So that is something I need to cut back on.

In range on all three counts. It is not always that way. Good day today! emoticon

This was a real eye opener for me. Carbs 53%; fats 29%; protein only 8%.
Way low on potassium and magnesium.

I stayed within my calorie range and did okay on sodium (under the 2300)

That was interesting. I had 43% Carbs 42% Fat and 16 % protein,. I ate 1416 calories, below my 1500 target. Thanks for showing us the daily charts. Sorry I was a day late posting but I have a journal I keep track in so it was easy to do this.

Doing good so far I'm hoping to stay within all limits today. I'll know in a few hours after the last snack is done. This also is a great challenge to show us in which areas we need to make changes.

Not my best day, but far from my worst... I did stay within my calorie range of 1200-1550, with a total of 1529. I was a bit low on my carbs, and high on the fats, with 27.4% carbs, 42.5% fats, and 30.1% protein.

I ushered for the Celtic Women last night, so I kinda missed supper. I know that is bad, but once in a while, when time is a problem, emoticon I would rather skip it than to have fast food.

2nd day in a row posting. Yikes! Getting back on track

2 meals of restaraunt food put me over on most of my goals under only for Potassium and Magnesium which is as unhealthy as being over on the others. A stay at home day today (4/6) so I should be able to straighten things out today a bit. The high sodium intake of yesterday was certainly evident in my hands and feet.

Use your nutrition tracker and enter everything that you eat and drink; post whether you stayed in your calorie range and what percentage of carbohydrates, protein and fats you consumed. You'll need to check your "daily feedback" for that information -- here's how:

On your Nutrition Tracker, near the top, under the day/date box, click on the button for "daily feedback." Scroll down until you see the "pie chart" showing the carb/fat/protein breakdown. Tell us how you did -- don't worry if it isn't ideal, you won't get any demerits !

NOTE: Per USDA recommendations, the protein/carb/fat distribution should fall in these ranges: 10-35% protein, 20-35% fats (less than 10% saturated fat), 45-65% carbs
