I am in. Would love some help and encouragement. I am having a hard time dealing with this since I have been recently diagnosed with High Blood Pressure. I thought I would give this a try.

I will try to check in frequently, but the video card (part of the mother board) went out on my laptop so I have to use other computers. The old Win 98 computers will do some things but that does not include logging into Spark People.

Ok, I am up for it. This is the right time of year!
Here are my April Goals: Find my notebook and track my food
Walk a little bit every day, weather permittting (find pedometer)
Dust off the yoga and stability ball or weight dvds try to remember how to make the player work
Dont forget to do my back therapy exercises EVERY DAY, or close enough
Get rid of prednisone weight (6 pounds - NOT seen on my tracker) by the end of the month
You can see I am being easy on myself, but I have had four months from hell, so I plan to do this so it works and doesnt overwhelm me.

Even though it's kind of unorganized and I even couldn't add it to my streaks it is REALLY very important for me: I'm a long-time night owl and changing this would be a break through. Each day will be in a separate thread, where you can share your response to the challenge, and you can always go back and do one that you missed.
