Hi everyone I"M new to the group and site! So nice to meet everyone :) I've scheduled a photo shoot as a way to make myself eat better and workout more. It has partially worked I don't miss any workouts now, but I"m finding it extremely difficult to skip McDonalds lol. I'm only about 3 weeks from the appt and have only lost like 2lbs :( I have lost .5 inch in my waist though. Either way maybe when I see the photos I will be able to see myself in a different light, since they are going to airbrush them lol.
I also have extra skin on my stomach from having four kids hopefully the photographer will have tips on minimizing the appearance.
