Track to 500... anything fitness related!
Examples could be:
• 500 Sit-Ups,
• 500 Push-Ups,
• 500 Squats,
• 500 Fitness Minutes, or even
• 500 Oz of Water!
Don't be afraid to get creative... it's all up to you!
