You can't do everything perfectly all the time. Sometimes you're going to mess up. Sometimes cheesecake is too delicious and sometimes two hours on the couch watching the Bachelorette is so much better than two hours sweating at the gym. What matters is that you don't act like this every day. Messing up isn't the end of the world, it just means you have to try again tomorrow. You're changing your life and that's a takes a long time. Don't get discouraged. Try new things...there are a ton of ways to get active. I take classes at the gym because I am not very good at motivating myself on my own.'s summer time so now's the perfect time to switch up your routine. Your options are endless, just don't give up!! emoticon
