I feel your pain. I have those days and weeks, too. For me it's just about taking it a week or even a day at a time. If I do badly one day I just tell myself I will do better the next. Also, maybe try a different routine or taking a class at your local gym. Just remeber to try to be happy with what you do day to day and eventually the slip ups won't bother you so much. It is slowly working for me.
Any tips on motivation? I have done it all- put the reasons I want to lose weight around my house. Told EVERYONE I know I am trying to lose weight so I feel accountable (should I fail). I have pictures of the body I desire in my kitchen, bathroom, and car. And yet, I keep falling off the band wagon. I do great for a few weeks. Then I screw up one day, and I just find myself saying "screw it." Then I can't get any mental motivation to get back on track. I feel like I keep battling myself and like I keep sabotaging myself. Then I get all down and motivation slips even further away!! So someone, please, HELP!!
