I listen to pretty hard rock/metal when I work out. Not sure if you are interested in that.
So I recently read an article from the spark peopl blog about 21 fast paced songs to work out to. I am looking to build a bigger playlist that I can listen to while I am working out. I unfortunately have been given the title of "musically retarded" by my boyfriend. So I am looking for some good songs to get moving to. What are your favorites to work out to?
