I keep a blog. It came in really handy when I went through a plateau the first time because, now that I've hit a second one, I can look back and see what worked.

I just created a blog to try and keep myself motivated and accountable- Anyone else have a blog? I don't know what the rules are about posting a personal site like that, so I won't put it until I know it's okay. How many of you all have a blog or some sort of website to keep yourself accountable or monitor your progress?
