The Autumn Great Pumpkin Challenge begins on September 22nd and continues until October 31st.
We'll count pounds or inches lost (your choice) and you end result will define the size of your pumpkin for Halloween - if it's pounds you count - the weight you lose will be the weight of your pumpkin - if you go for inches - this will be the radius of your pumpkin! Remember when you wanted the biggest pumpkin you could find! Let's keep that motivation in mind for this challenge.

Let's use the next week Sept. 15 - 21 to prepare for success: Sunday: Sign up for the challenge and set your goal (pounds or inches to lose). See the "Great Pumpkin Tracking" Message Board to do this! Monday: Clean out cupboards of unhealthy choices. Tuesday: Focus on getting 7 - 8 hours of sleep each night. Wednesday: Make it a water Wednesday. Sip,sip, sip all day long! Thursday: Pick a healthy "go to" response to stress and start practicing this daily. Friday: Make sure your walking shoes are ready to go - maybe get some new laces to motivate yourself - or even a new pair if yours are in pretty rough shape! Saturday: Plan your grocery list and shop for healthy items - make it easy for yourself to be successful. I pre package protein shake servings using Ziploc bags or by buying the single serve pouches.. Sunday: September 22
