I'm really not hungry per se...I guess that because I was living with so much trouble eating for so long, at those times when I WAS able to get something down without having to bring it back up, I ate/drank anything and everything, particularly high calorie slider foods, so now that I don't have that issue, I have to be really careful that I don't just leap right over the edge. I discovered that I had let myself get into some really bad habits, so it's definitely getting back to basics. Journaling here has been extremely helpful.
