Today is officially my graduation day. I went from 224.8 to 214.1 pounds during the 20 days of the program. THAT IS 10.7 POUNDS LOST! I did a few extra days when I had to give myself an extra non-reactive day due to a food reaction. Plus I had one terrible weekend at my mothers, so I went off plan for 2 days. I didnít do a scrap of exercise during the 20 days, not even going for walks. I felt great during the 20 days, no stomach issues, no bathroom issues, headaches have almost gone entirely. My clothes are starting to get baggy and my husband called me pretty for the first time in I canít remember how long.
Overall, I think I did great and learned a lot from my Plan. The foods I seemed to be reactive to: Whole wheat bread Cauliflower Eggs Roasted Almonds Ė (unroasted are ok) -possibly goat cheese
Overall, I think I got pretty lucky as far as reactions were concerned.
The reasons I think I was successful: -I didnít add salt to anything -I stuck to the plan, except for reactive foods -if I had to substitute, I did it with a very similar food -I drank the right amount of water during the day and nothing past 7:30 -I got at least 6 hours of sleep a night -I took liver supplements every day
I am going to continue on the plan for as long as I can. I have another 90ish lbs to lose, so I want to do something that is working for me.
Completed day 20 with a loss of 7.5 lbs. I was a little disappointed at first but how can I complain when I lost 2.5 lbs a week. Now I know what to do to keep it going and, hopefully, to overcome any plateau.

A little late in posting my official Graduation Day, which was January 30th but I'm here now!
The week was very stressful and I was suffering from insomnia from Sunday night through Wednesday night, my weight was stabilized the whole time! I was eating all friendly foods because of this so it could have been worse. Not quite the happy graduation, BUT I still lost 8 lbs (2 lbs were from drinking water before starting The Plan) and that's 10 lbs gone for the month of January!
Time to stay on plan, ffigure out more non-reactive foods and welcome the rest of you to this Graduation page!!

I would like this forum to be a place to celebrate each of us ONCE we reach our 20 days!
I imagine we will keep in touch or post in the group after graduation, right lol?! Continue to help those of us that are coming along behind you and beyond! Keep us updated on your progress as you LIVE YOUR life accordingly to YOUR Plan :)
