This was a challenging week. With my root canal on Monday and being sick due to the anesthetics, I simply had no real energy to workout. I was eating less but it was mostly soup and oatmeal and protein-rich pudding but when you're not sleeping well, you can't expect to put in good workouts.
However, I am about to change that today. I have a 3-hour hike planned, got plenty of rest last night and am ready to be active again. Even if I weigh-in at 200 lbs by the end of this month, that will STILL be a huge accomplishment.
