IT'S TIME TO GET SERIOUS!!!
LET'S MAKE THIS MONTH BE ALL ABOUT MOTIVATION!!
MOTIVATING OURSELVES AND OTHERS!!!
Every day this month DO SOMETHING to motivate yourself AND someone else. Wether it's posting a motivational quote, commenting on a blog, shouting out on the Huddle Wall, Give a goodie! Share a tip under Treasure Chest! SPREAD THE MOTIVATION!! SPREAD THE SPARK! LET'S START A FIRE!!!
There are A TON of ways you can make a difference, that WE CAN make a difference! Make a daily affirmation, check in in the Lounge every day. Do what is right for you but DO IT!! WE CAN DO THIS!! WE CAN MAKE THIS MONTH MATTER! WE CAN DO BETTER! WE CAN DO MORE!!! EVERY DAY WE CAN GROW STRONGER AND STRONGER TOGETHER AS A TEAM!! WE CAN DO THIS!!! It's time to stop sitting on the sidelines making excuses. It's time to START A FIRE, A MOTIVATIONAL FIRE!!!
The "weight" is over! :P

MAKE SPECIFIC AND REALISTIC WEIGHT LOSS GOALS!
Participate in the JUNE WEIGH-IN CHALLENGE!!
Go to the NEW weigh-in for JUNE and copy and paste the template in your reply.
Make a goal for each date (which are Saturdays).
EACH SATURDAY WEIGH-IN!
FOLLOW UP each Saturday. Weigh-in and post your actual weight where indicated IN YOUR ORIGINAL POST!
**If you prefer NOT to use and edit the template, and you would rather make a new post each day/time, PLEASE use the other Weigh-In post!! PLEASE!! This will make it easier for those checking and editing their templates easier to find. Otherwise edit your template each week to keep track of your progress.
