Thanks for sharing. I know this is something I don't think about very ofter unless it is red jello or blue icing, for instance, but food dyes are about as common as sugar as an unlikely ingredient in many foods.
Update! NO MORE Wiggle room on my weight! Still figuring out how to keep balance and stay in charge. Staying active but could step it up again.
