Sometimes I like the flavored with real fruit Chobani Yogurts, but only when I know I am going to be able to burn off the carbs. I tend to favor plain Greek Yogurt, Fage brand and put my own fruit in it.

She does say to watch the labels, that some yogurts can pack a lot of sugar. Basically stay with the non-fat and plain yogurts. Add your own fruits. I myself don't eat dairy at this time, I may incorporate yogurts back, and definitely a Greek yogurt when I feel the time is right.
