I personally feel better if i eat whole grains (maybe its a mental thing) but i dont believe that i should cut them out completely.

I agree with MJLUVSANIMALS - I rely a lot on Tosca's books. My go to grains are quinoa and faro.

Do you have any of Tosca Reno's books? Or her cookbooks? She has loads of recipes with grains. I myself prefer brown rice or quinoa. I have the Eat-Clean cookbook myself.

I was just wondering what people's opinions are on eating grains on a clean diet. Any strong feelings one way or the other? Simply curious :-)
