This is one of my favorites prior to a hard workout:
1 cup coconut milk or water
1 level tsp of granulated coffee grounds
cinnamon to taste
large handful of spinach
handfull of blueberries
The coffee gives you a great kick through a hard workout, and it tastes like a lattee with 2 servings of hidden veggies! (spinach).
If you want to make it decadent, add a TBSP of peanut butter...it'll take like a haagen das!
