Great info, thanks for posting this! I love peanut butter but might try making some almond butter after reading a "how-to" just now.

Updated my ticker to a new maintenance goal weight of 136, and will flip back to the maintenance ticker when I get there.
Peanuts are cheaper but are not technically nuts and are estrogenic. Any nut is better eaten whole and raw because it gets rancid very quickly as butter or when roasted.
