I have read a book and looked on intranet for help. There is a good youtube film from Rob Wolff
Still I am curious about experience from others. This way of eating is not known (yet) in the netherlands. No dutch books I can find at least.
Cutting the bread and milk is no problem.
What I find difficult is to put the portions and combinations into practice. Also I wonder about the no calorie counting. I am afraid I will eat not enough calories, what is also not healthy.
Do not turn back when you are almost at your goal!
