1 bunch fresh kale
Canola oil spray
Seasoning of choice (Herbs de Provence works well)
You will need
Dehydrator (or oven set to 115F)
Large bowl (for washing kale)
Paper towel (for drying kale)
Remove "spines" from kale, place leaves into large bowl of cold water.
Rinse Kale well. Dry with paper towel
Place kale back into rinsed and dried bowl
Spray lightly with Canola oil enough so that seasoning adheres to leaves.
Spread leaves on mesh tray (two)
Place into dehydrator or oven and dry until leaves are crispy.
Serve in place of chips.
