I use vanilla almond (unsweetened) mixed with coconut milk for cereal BUT I love dairy and not being a fan of meat - I often use low-fat cottage cheese, milk and yogurt as protein sources. I wish some of the other options had more protein...

None. No adult animals except for us drinks milk. However milk is much better for people than fizzy drinks so for plenty of people it is a great thing to drink compared with what they do drink. I drink water only.
Raw cow or goat, organic, from grass-fed animals, also almond and hazelnut milks, but they are very low in protein compared to dairy. I stay away from soy, it's hard on the thyroid and estrogenic. Birgit
