Hi Everyone! My boyfriend and I are starting new and trying to eliminate all the bad stuff from our diet. We are starting with the elimination of MSG. We are looking for any healthy recipes that we can use to get us back on track. We are trying to research more of what foods we can and can't eat. Basically anything processed and packaged is out. It's hard to keep up with all the different names of "MSG", it will take a while but we will master this, LOL.
Some pursue happines, others create it!
My goal is to drop 5lbs a month.
