I have one, and use almost daily for smoothies and soups.

You should have gotten a recipe book with your Vita-Mix!!! I'd call the company and get one.

My favorite, "quick" soup: Butternut squash soup

2 C Cubed Butternut squash
2 C Low-sodium chicken stock
1 tsp corn starch

Place ingredients in blender goblet, start on Variable, then go to high speed and blend until hot. Pour into bowl add croutons or a little grated cheese, and enjoy!

I do! I make a green smoothie almost every morning. Here is one version that I like:

1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 scoop amazing meal chocolate infusion powder
2 big handfuls of spinach
1 small banana
1/2 c organic wild blueberries
1/4 c coconut milk
3/4 c almond milk (unsweetened)
~ 8 ice cubes

I like to add kale and spinach to my smoothies.
I tried thanks. Just too strong for me.
I have added carrots before as well.

Hello! I just bought a Vitamix (food processor, blender, juicer). I don't have the Vitamix cookbook yet and I'm excited to make some vegetable smoothies that taste good. Does anyone have any favorite recipes?
