I have one, and use almost daily for smoothies and soups.
You should have gotten a recipe book with your Vita-Mix!!! I'd call the company and get one.
My favorite, "quick" soup: Butternut squash soup
2 C Cubed Butternut squash
2 C Low-sodium chicken stock
1 tsp corn starch
Place ingredients in blender goblet, start on Variable, then go to high speed and blend until hot. Pour into bowl add croutons or a little grated cheese, and enjoy!
