I love that! I've made it a couple of times...so much nicer than pasta. I've also made zucchini "spaghetti" to have as a raw dish with a chilled tomato sauce.
Adding zucchini "spaghetti" to regular, whole-wheat spaghetti (I like the Bionaturae, organic, Italian brand) makes a larger plate of spaghetti for a fraction of the calories. Filling for the tummy, and great foolery for the eye!
