Check out this link:

Lots of info. Under the tools tab there is a resources section. Under it there is an EC Grocery List. Very helpful.

Best wishes!

This may sound too obvious, but I actually would focus on eating as many foods raw as possible, it saves time and is generally better for you. For meat and eggs you can easily cook them ahead of times and keep them in the fridge or freezer until needed.
As staples I like small containers of plain yoghurt to take along, nuts and dried fruit mixes and fruits like apples and bananas that travel well.

Hello everyone,

As of Monday, 2nd of January I will start my EC-journey and I was wondering if anyone of you pros could give me some pieces of advice.

See, I really want to make this work, but I'm facing some minor struggles here:

I NEVER cook, still live at home and therefore am on a budget (I'm still going to university).

Do you have any tips on how you manage to cook for the week or each day - and maybe an approach on how you make it enjoyable for yourselves?

How to deal with the fact that maybe all of your relatives aren't interested in EC and you are kind of on your own?

I would really appreciate it if any of you could tell me how they started, their approach and struggles, etc. Don't be afraid to write me an email if you want to.

Also, I am still looking for a Spark Buddie, maybe some of you are also looking for one.

Thanks so much in advance and have a great start for 2012 :)
