This may sound too obvious, but I actually would focus on eating as many foods raw as possible, it saves time and is generally better for you. For meat and eggs you can easily cook them ahead of times and keep them in the fridge or freezer until needed. As staples I like small containers of plain yoghurt to take along, nuts and dried fruit mixes and fruits like apples and bananas that travel well. Birgit
