I also use Garden Of Life RAW Protein. You cant beat the ingredients, one of the best products on the market! I think next i am going to try Olympian Labs Ultimate Green Protein next, it is a green drink mix but has 20g protein per serving (a serving is 2 scoops).

The taste is a little chalky and takes some getting used too. When used in a smoothie it is fine. I put a little chocolate coconut milk, or almond milk with some cocoa powder, frozen bananas and some water and it is delish!

I very recently (earlier this month) switched to Garden of Life's RAW Protein.

Since I like to keep my carbohydrates on the low side, this is an ideal protein powder for me as it is carb neutral (3g carbohydrates - 3g fiber = 0g net carbs.)
A serving is 22g
80 calories
1g Fat
Less than 1g sugar
18g protein

If you're still looking, I have been using MRM 100% all natural Whey. It's 87 calories per serving.
1g fat
1.5g carbs
18g protein
The container is about 1lb, and I pay $14.99 at Sprouts. Even my daughter uses it sometimes, the chocolate one anyhow, to make a great chocolate peanut butter "shake" (milk, no ice cream)...

Try GNC Gold Standard Natural 100% Whey. I started with this brand after a suggestion from the Clean Eating Team. 24g Protein 5g Carb 3g Sugar. I get vanilla. I also buy from Amazon since it's cheaper than buying from GNC.

No Costco, sadly. I was looking for a good brand you guys liked.

Any brand suggestions?

Sams had some , just too high in carbs, had soy, etc so not my fav.

Yikes....I get mine at Costco do you have one of those as well?
Have you priced on Amazon.com? Sometimes it is cheaper on there as well.
Good luck!

Sams doesn't carry my favorite Protein Powder any more.

I prefer a whey protein powder with low carbs. And I try to buy it reasonably priced. I dont' have a trader joes, so probably buying local at a health store or ordering is my best option.

Does anyone have suggestions? (and a suggestion isn't "why you should not use this") (am getting kinda burned on negativity at sparkpeople)
