I am determined to overcome a years-long problem with psoriasis through diet and nutrition, since I am philosophically and financially averse to the standard treatments of topical ointments, UV radiation, or injections. I was wondering whether anyone has had any experiences that would be helpful.
For context, I am going to start a gluten-free diet as of New Year's Day, and over the past year I have been cutting back a lot on red meat - eating grass-fed as much as possible when I do - and also been eating a lot more organic foods (dairy, veggies, fruit).
My thanks in advance and wishes for a healthy 2012 to all!
