1/2 cup oat flour 1/2 cup cold water 3 tbsp pumpkin 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp ginger
Mix until combined but still lumpy. Spray griddle and heat on medium. 1/4 cup batter per pancake makes 4 pancakes. Cook for two minutes or until bubbles start to form, flip and cook for an additional two minutes.
