For me clean coffee is this: Organic, Fair Trade beans, freshly ground at home. Filtered water. Organic, local, full cream milk from a free range cow. Freshly brewed Expresso style or pressed through filter style.

As long as the coffee isnt too acidic and is a med. roast I like Agave and Almond Milk...sometimes I use the flavored coconut creamer. Mostly I tend towards unsweetened iced green tea in the summer months though.

I basically removed coffee from my diet in April of this year..I only have it on special occassions, like when I make a trip to my local italian market. They always have the best coffee brewed and ready. It's amazing and free..lol
I use skim milk and Truvia...it just as far as I can get myself to go :-) I try not to drink it every day, some mornings I have hot tea (plain) instead. I have such a fast paced busy schedule I need a cup a day to keep me going :-) The vanilla is a good idea..maybe some cinnamon if you like that type of flavor?
Sorry, have to admit - I haven't gone completely clean with my coffee.....getting there.... what about skim milk and evaporated cane juice? Maybe even a drop of vanilla....not sure haven't played with it yet but it is coming up on my list.
Hi all :) What are you putting in your coffee to keep it clean? I did use ff creamer and sweet n low. I am currently trying almond milk and stevia but blech....I read what I thought would be a great idea on eatcleandiet.com about putting protein powder (choc) in the coffee and it would taste like hot chocolate. I just tried it and the pp never disolved and it got all hard and chunky. Maybe it's just the brand I bought...Any ideas?
