For me clean coffee is this:
Organic, Fair Trade beans, freshly ground at home.
Filtered water.
Organic, local, full cream milk from a free range cow.
Freshly brewed Expresso style or pressed through filter style.

"Never give up a passion!" me

"To be nobody but yourself--in a world which is doing its best, night and day, to make you everybody else-- means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting."

I've converted just use just milk with no sugar additive in the coffee. Perhaps you can try cane sugar if you need that sweetness?

As long as the coffee isnt too acidic and is a med. roast I like Agave and Almond Milk...sometimes I use the flavored coconut creamer. Mostly I tend towards unsweetened iced green tea in the summer months though.

I basically removed coffee from my diet in April of this year..I only have it on special occassions, like when I make a trip to my local italian market. They always have the best coffee brewed and ready. It's amazing and free..lol

I use skim milk and Truvia...it just as far as I can get myself to go :-) I try not to drink it every day, some mornings I have hot tea (plain) instead. I have such a fast paced busy schedule I need a cup a day to keep me going :-) The vanilla is a good idea..maybe some cinnamon if you like that type of flavor?

Sorry, have to admit - I haven't gone completely clean with my coffee.....getting there....
what about skim milk and evaporated cane juice? Maybe even a drop of vanilla....not sure haven't played with it yet but it is coming up on my list.

Hi all :) What are you putting in your coffee to keep it clean? I did use ff creamer and sweet n low. I am currently trying almond milk and stevia but blech....I read what I thought would be a great idea on eatcleandiet.com about putting protein powder (choc) in the coffee and it would taste like hot chocolate. I just tried it and the pp never disolved and it got all hard and chunky. Maybe it's just the brand I bought...Any ideas?
