I have reviewed the cooler 1 plan several times, but have not moved forward with it due to the large dairy content - I don't do too well with dairy. I think it looks like a good plan. It is clean eating and it gives you an idea of how many calories you should eat with each meal/snack. I say you should give it a go and let us know how it works for you. :)
