I use Organic 365 Brand (the store brand from Whole Foods). Very, very clean! It also has the best taste of any protein powder I've ever tried and I've tried every majoy brand out there ect for the veggie ones.

I really like Amazing Grass' powder 'Amazing Meal.' I have both the chocolate and the vanilla chai flavors- it's the yummiest of any I've tried.
t's a protein powder AND a greens powder, so I feel like you get a lot of (tasty) bang for your buck. It's also gluten-free, if that's a concern for you (I'm Celiac, so I always have to look out). Hope this is helpful!
I use GenSoy Natural soy protein, you can buy it at Kroger in the Natural Market section. I also have some brown rice protein, but I don't remember the brand...it is much sweeter than the soy, though, so be careful that you don't add it to anything that is already sweet or it will be too much!!

Ingredients: Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolate (milk) (providing beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, Immunoglobulins and Glycomacro Peptides) and Soy Lecithin (less than 1%).
It doesn't get much cleaner than that. I use this stuff all the time. It mixes pretty well and you can add it to soups and sauces in addition to the traditional smoothie. I'd definitelyt recommend this stuff, it doesn't taste amazing by itself, but you won't even notice it in a smoothie, soup, sauce, etc.
FYI - Unflavored just means they don't add flavor...the stuff has a taste which I am guessing is just the taste of the protein.
