Yearly I stock my freezer with beef from a friend's ranch Weekly I buy eggs and raw milk from friends as well Monthly I purchase things from my co-op that include regularly as staples: nuts, flour, oats, peanut butter (for dh) bread, butter, yogurt, cheeses, boxed broths, coconut milk, oils (mostly coconut and olive), frozen free range chicken, canned free range chicken, fruit spreads. Weekly I visit a health food type store (Like whole Foods but better!) and pick up fresh, organic, local veggies/fruits, half & half, more eggs if needed, chocolate (if...ahem, needed), coffee, naturally cured ham & wine.
Good question, made me think about what we eat.

Let's see....plenty of fresh fruits and veggies - spinach, green leaf lettuce, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus - strawberries, blueberries, bananas, gala apples, clementines, grapefruit. Other staples include: oatmeal, chicken, canned diced tomatoes, canned black beans, banned kidney beans, canned chickpeas, brown rice, and peanuts :)
