I'm guessing you are lactose intolerant and that is why you are even considering this product. Am I right?
What do the ingredients say?

If you are in Austin then I know for sure that there are other options for you. I'm thinking something like an organic lactose-free milk. I am skeptical about this "designer milk". I too worry about any food that's been "tampered with".

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

I've never heard of it. But, if it makes you nervous then don't drink it. It soundslike it's lactose free and had added nutrients. Can't say for sure unless you read the label.

I just moved to Austin, TX and the H.E.B. grocery store here sells a milk product called MooTopia. It appears to be as legit as milk, but because it's been "tampered" with, I'm a little wary. Anyone know anything about it?

It claims on the carton:

"There's nothing artificial about our milk. Mootopia is enhanced with nutritional benefits and produced with no artificial growth hormones or soy protein. It contains the same milk protein found in traditional milk; there's just more of it, which makes it as creamy as traditional milk."

They claim:
50% more protein
25% more protein
45% less sugar
Lactose free

An article I found said this about the process:

http://planetlactose.blogspot.com/2010/06/mootopia-designer-lactose-free-milk.html

I would love any feedback on the product. My husband loves it and although I think it tastes exactly like milk, I'm nervous about it.

Thank you, Clean-Eaters!!!
