I'm going to assume you are making it yourself? You can always control how much tahini and olive oil you add if you want to cut calories. Personally I think if you having that with just veggies then you should be OK. I don't count calroes or fat so I would be putting it in a salad with avocado - YUM best thing in the world!
A cup of hummus is over 400 calories so I think maybe that is too much for a serving. Especially if you are going to add grains with it. I know you are following Tosca's clean eating so your meals should be between 300-400 calories.

If you are having as a meal, then why cut anything in with it? Have some pita wedges and veggies to round it out as a meal and make it mor filling. Although, a cup of hummus is a lot of beans... I'm sure you must feel pretty full after eating that.
I love hummus, but I'm wondering about serving sizes for it. Usually, it is supposed to be about 2 tablespoons, but that would never be enough to satisfy me if I'm having it as a meal. Typically I'll want a full cup of it, along with a bunch of sliced veggies for dipping, or just on top of a salad. Is there any way to cut the hummus with something else (maybe spinach) without changing the flavor too much, or is it just fine to eat as much of it as it takes to fill 80% of your tummy?
