JESSSTARTINGNOW - I took a look and the menu and her are some suggestions - I would start out with a house salad with the dressing on the side - go very light with the dressing. The salad is a great way to fill up on something light and healthy. If you would rather - you can go with one of the soups (choose one of the ones without coconut milk). The salad is healthier though. For the entree, go with one of the Al A Carte items - chicken or beef with broccoli or any of these look lighter than the other categories. You can always as for chicken and broccoli with the sauce on the side if you would like. Good luck!
Every ingredient in Thai food is extremely fresh and healthy. Calories dont always matter...coconut milk is so good for you...plus it cuts flab. Ever seen a fat islander that doesnt eat western foods ?
