The best vacation to guarantee clean eating is a "stay-cation"....LOL. J/K....
I always opt for salads with grilled salmon or chicken with dressing on the side. But, I was at Longhorn Steakhouse the other day, and got a 6 oz. sirloin steak (I only ate 4 oz. though) with grilled veggies, and a sweet potato (I asked the server to not put any butter on mine. It was a real treat!!

I try to find salads or fish. Meats (chicken and beef)have too many chemicals added to marinade to risk an order in a restaurant. If I find buffalo then that is great. I just discovered squash enchiladas in a Mexican restaurant in Texas. They were great!(squash in a corn tortilla with a cheese sauce)

I serve a BIG GOD Who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all I can ask or think.
I pack a cooler with as much as I can from home: eggs, oats, brown rice wraps, fruits and veggies, protein powder, hummus, sunflower seed butter basically whatever I can fit. I also make sure to get a room with a fridge and grocery shop if necessary. I love to eat at the healthy little shops like Booster Juice and Cafe Supreme, the food is great and super clean.
When I was at Disney, I ate kids meals for lunch (salad, fruit, grilled chicken strip) or three of us would split two grown up meals. I had a hamburger one day with fruit plate, and for breakfast, eggs, with salsa if available, and then a yogurt/fruit for snack. I always bring protein powder and have a drink with that in the am at least.
We do grilled food at restaurants, but the portions are so big its hard to be perfect. If we can cook, we do grilled and I always bring veges to grill.
Goals: If you want real results-they aren't coming for free.

I try not to eat out. lol. I bring as much as possible from home. But if eating out is not possible, I don't sweat it anymore. I used to be compulsive about not eating anything that was of CLEAN standards. I try to get grilled chicken and salads. But, I occasionally will order steak and a potato. Yes. WITH sour cream. No biggie. The rest of the time is spent eating out of my cooler. Apples and veggies. Homemade protein bars. LOTS of water...
I was at Epcot at Disney on Monday and did my best to eat clean. I think I did pretty well. Other than a creme brulee, which I indulged in while in "France", we ate at a Moroccan restaurant in the evening which was a typical meal with couscous, vegetables, and some beef. So when you are on vacation, how do you keep things clean?
