How about a goal that is something along the lines of...eat one completely clean meal per day or eat clean for one whole day per week. Something like that. Then we can track it like some teams track miles. Our goal could be something like...500 clean meals eaten per month or 50 per week. Just a thought. I love tracking stuff its silly but I get so pumped when I get to check those little boxes!
